Sell the AI projects your clients are asking for. We build them under your name.
Your clients already run on Microsoft, and they are asking you about AI. ThirdAxis is the engineering bench behind you: Fabric and Power BI intelligence built on the client’s own data, Copilot readiness and rollout, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry agents running the right model for each job, and AI for your own service desk. White label, fixed price per project, and handed to your team to support.
Answers respect the client’s own permissions. A partner sees their matters; an associate sees theirs.
Concept. A law firm client’s systems flowing into Fabric, a Power BI dashboard on top, and the managing partner asking Copilot in Teams. Sold and supported by you.
We build on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Power BI, Azure OpenAI, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Purview, and Intune.
Your clients are asking. Most MSPs cannot staff the answer.
AI projects need data engineers, Power BI developers, and people who have shipped agents to production. Hiring that bench for a handful of projects a year does not pencil out. Renting ours does. The figures below are industry-wide.
of MSPs rank AI and automation as their clients' top need for 2026, ahead of security and backup, per Kaseya's State of the MSP.
of the same MSPs say AI is a meaningful revenue stream today. The gap is the widest in the survey.
of organizations pushed their Copilot rollout back three months or more over oversharing, per a Gartner survey of IT leaders.

You already hold the keys to the tenant and the trust of the client. The AI work belongs with you.
Projects you can sell next quarter.
Each one is a fixed-scope engagement you resell, and each one tends to lead to the next. Copilot readiness surfaces the data problems a Fabric project solves, and the service desk surfaces the clients who are ready for both.
Copilot readiness that fixes what Copilot would expose.
Copilot can read everything a user can open, so the first project is finding what is shared too widely. We scan SharePoint, labels, guests, and devices, clean up what needs cleaning, and roll Copilot out in waves with training. Your name is on the report, and the licenses run through your CSP.
Delivered as your engagement, with your name on the report. Licenses stay on your CSP agreement.
AI for your own service desk and quarterly reviews.
Tickets categorized and routed as they arrive, with the likely fix drafted from your own history. Repeat issues and license waste found automatically, and every quarterly business review drafted from your PSA and RMM, ending with the next project that client is ready for.
Built from your PSA and RMM data. Your account manager edits it before the meeting.
And more we build under your brand.
Copilot connectors to line-of-business systems
Bring a client's practice management, ERP, or CRM data into Copilot and Teams through Microsoft Graph connectors and MCP servers, with the client's permissions intact.
Custom agents in the client's tenant
Intake, document drafting, and policy question agents built in Copilot Studio or on Azure OpenAI, running inside the client's Microsoft 365, not on a third-party platform.
Onboarding and offboarding from one ticket
The HR ticket creates the Entra account, assigns licenses and groups, enrolls the device in Intune, and reverses all of it on the last day, logged to your PSA.
Security questionnaires filled from the tenant
Cyber insurance and client security questionnaires answered from the actual Entra, Intune, and Defender configuration, with the gaps flagged for your team.
License and agreement reconciliation
Microsoft 365 seats in use compared with what the client is billed in your PSA every month, so nobody pays for licenses nobody holds.
Legal client packages
Conflict check intake, engagement letter drafting, and matter summaries for law firm clients, built with confidentiality and ethical walls in mind from the start.
Copilot where people work. The right model behind it.
Copilot Studio puts agents inside Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint, where your clients already work. Azure AI Foundry gives those agents a catalog of frontier models, including Claude, GPT, Llama, and Mistral, deployed in the client’s own Azure subscription.
We pick the model per task, not per vendor: Claude for long documents, GPT for structured extraction, a smaller open model for high volume. Then we test every agent before it launches.
Models run in the client’s own subscription and billing. Prompts and documents are not used to train them.
What that looks like for your clients.
IT help desk agent in Teams
Password resets, device questions, and how-tos answered in Teams, with a ticket opened in your PSA when it cannot solve it.
Contract and policy review
Long agreements compared against the client's own playbook, with the deviations listed and redlines drafted for a person to accept.
Invoice and form intake
Invoices, W-9s, and intake forms read field by field and entered into the accounting or practice system, exceptions queued.
Meeting to follow-up
A Teams meeting becomes tasks in the CRM or PSA and a drafted follow-up email, before anyone leaves the call.
Knowledge agent over SharePoint
Answers from the client's own policies and procedures, with the source document linked and nothing shown a user could not open.
After-hours voice line
Calls answered in the client's name at night, the message taken or the appointment booked, and the summary in the inbox by morning.
Proposals and RFP answers
First drafts built from past proposals and approved answers in SharePoint, in the client's voice, for their team to finish.
Guardrails and evaluation
Every agent tested against real questions before launch, with content filters, logging, and a report you can show the client.
White label, start to finish.
Take on AI projects you would otherwise turn down or refer out. You scope and sell, we build under your name, and your team takes over support. The client sees one provider: you.
Your brand on everything
Portals, reports, runbooks, and training carry your name. The client buys from you and hears from you.
You own the relationship
We never contact your client unless you bring us in, and we sign a non-solicit to say so.
Built in the client's tenant
Deployed inside their Microsoft 365 and Azure, under licensing on your CSP agreement, so the margin stays yours.
Handed to your team
Admin guides and runbooks so your techs support it day to day. We stay on as your tier 3 for the AI work.

Two years and more than 20 AI projects in the MSP world.

Our lead engineer has spent the past two years as the lead AI platform engineer at Just-Tech, an MSP serving law firms and legal aid organizations, and has delivered more than 20 AI projects there. Dozens of organizations use software he has built, including work with the states of New York, California, and Wisconsin.
So we know how an MSP actually runs: the PSA, the tenant access, the change windows, the client who calls the owner directly. And we know what legal and public-sector clients need before anything touches their data: confidentiality, matter-level permissions, and an audit trail that holds up.
Your stack stays. We build on it.
No new platform for your techs to learn and no separate AI product for your clients to buy. The work happens inside the Microsoft tenant and the tools you already manage.
How we work with an MSP.
The client's data stays in the client's tenant.
Least-privilege app registrations, in-region Azure OpenAI, audit logs on, and nothing copied to our systems. Built the way SOC 2 audited software is built.
Permissions are respected, not bypassed.
Every agent and report answers only what the person asking is allowed to see. Oversharing gets fixed before Copilot is switched on, not after.
Fixed price per project, paid when it works.
You get a wholesale price you can mark up, and nothing is billed until the system is running for your client. You and your client own the code.
The screens on this page are concepts prepared for discussion, not finished software. The clients, matters, figures, findings, tickets, and answers shown in them are illustrative and describe no real firm. Microsoft product names and icons belong to Microsoft and are shown to name the platforms we build on; ThirdAxis is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Industry figures are from Kaseya’s 2026 State of the MSP report and Gartner. The photos are generated images. Nothing here has been scoped or priced; that is what a first call is for.
