3 to 6 weeks per phaseShort iterations in your own cloud, with a weekly check-in. Every week ends with something you can open and try.
Scope changes only by written change order, so the price does not drift.

Acceptance, then the invoice
10 business daysYou test it against the criteria you already agreed to. Only then does an invoice go out, payable net 30.
Anything that misses a criterion gets fixed at no charge, then you review again.

You keep itCode, accounts, and plain-English guides in your name. Support after go-live is a flat monthly number, and optional.
The money
We do not publish prices, because a number without a scope behind it is noise. The structure never changes, though.

Your data
Letting an outside team into your systems is the real decision here.
- NDA signed before anything changes hands.
- Only the access a task needs, revoked when the phase ends.
- Your data never trains public models.
- You own the code and the data. We delete our copies on request.
What we build
Discovery decides which of these you need. Usually one narrow thing first.
Questions we get
What does discovery cost us?+
Nothing. On unusually large or regulated environments we may quote it as a small fixed fee, agreed in writing first. You are never surprised by an invoice.
What if we do not like the scope?+
Decline it, or tell us what is wrong and we rework it. Either way it is free. It is a proposal, not a bill.
What if a phase misses the mark?+
Anything failing a stated acceptance criterion gets fixed at no charge and reviewed again, up to two rounds. If it is still wrong, you can walk away from that statement of work.
Do we have to commit to the whole plan?+
No. Each phase is authorized on its own. Most clients start with one narrow phase so it has to earn the next.
Who actually builds it?+
A small, named, senior team, with every line written by our lead engineer. No offshoring, no anonymous dev shop.
