Privacy Policy

Who we are

Third Axis AI LLC (“ThirdAxis,” “we”) runs thirdaxis.ai. This policy covers what we collect through the site, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It does not cover client data we handle inside an engagement; that is governed by the agreement we sign with you.

What you give us

  • Contact form. Name, email, phone, company, location, company size and revenue range, and your message.
  • Fit check at /book. Your answers (business type, where the hours go, team size, role, timeline, budget range), plus name, email, phone, and optionally your company site.
  • Booking a call. Calendly collects your name, email, and anything you add to the booking.
  • Client portal. Your email and sign-in details.
  • AI assistants.If an AI agent asks for an intro call through our site's agent tools on your behalf, the name, email, and message it sends.

What we collect automatically

Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time), and we use Vercel's cookieless analytics for aggregate page counts. We briefly keep IP-based counters to stop form spam.

On the /book page only, we use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API. They record that a visit came from one of our ads and which steps you reached (started the fit check, sent your details, booked a call). The pixel sets first-party cookies (_fbp, _fbc). The pixel and the Conversions API send Meta the email, phone, and name you enter in hashed (scrambled) form, along with your IP address and browser, so Meta can match the visit to the ad you saw. The rest of the site does not load the pixel.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, prepare for and hold the call, and scope any work.
  • To contact you about your request by email, phone, or text.
  • To measure which ads lead to real conversations and show our ads to similar businesses.
  • To keep the site running and secure.

We do not sell your information for money, and we never use what you send us to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

VercelHosts the site, keeps standard server logs, and provides cookieless, aggregate page analytics.
Our CRM (New Axis)Stores form and fit-check submissions so we can follow up. We operate it ourselves.
ResendSends the internal email that tells us a new inquiry came in.
CalendlyRuns call booking and sends the invite and reminders.
Meta PlatformsReceives pixel and Conversions API events from the /book page to measure and improve our ads.

UpstashHolds short-lived counters keyed to IP address that stop form spam. They expire within an hour.
Web3FormsBackup delivery for the contact form, used only if our CRM is unreachable.

We may also share information with our legal and accounting advisors, with a buyer if the business is sold, or when the law requires it.

Ads and your choices

Some state privacy laws treat sending ad data to Meta as “sharing” for targeted advertising. To opt out:

  • Email roman@thirdaxis.ai and we will stop sending your details to Meta and remove you from any ad audiences we control.
  • Block or clear cookies for thirdaxis.ai in your browser, or use a tracker blocker.
  • Adjust your ad settings on Facebook and Instagram under Accounts Center, Ad preferences.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and fit-check answers stay in our CRM for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if we end up working together and need the record. Server logs roll off within 90 days. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or get a copy. Email roman@thirdaxis.ai from the address you used with us. We answer within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and the keys our site uses stay on the server. No system is perfect, so please don't send passwords or other sensitive records through a web form. More on how we handle client data on the Security & Trust page.

Children and other countries

The site is for businesses and isn't aimed at anyone under 16. We operate in the United States and store information here.

Changes

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
